The Music Leader enhances World Changers projects by leading in worship and supporting the overall quality of the experience by serving Group Leaders, students, coordinators, fellow summer staff, and local volunteers in duties necessary to the success of the project. The Music Leader will also serve as the Missions Education point person for the project by making themselves available to share with all participants about how to further live a life on mission beyond World Changers.
The Office Manager provides outstanding customer service for groups at World Changers projects, including finance, administration, and communication. They manage inventory of supplies, interact with Group Leaders and students, data entry, manage project finances and other duties to make World Changers projects run smoothly and be excellent experiences for all participants.
The Audio Visual Technician (AV) manages all audio and video needs at World Changers projects in order to enhance the experience for participants and make for a great missions experience. They oversee project set up and tear down, manage, run, and maintain all audio visual equipment used at World Changers projects, create a weekly film highlighting the project called a Project Cam, and run sound in worship experiences.
