When does the application process begin for next summer?
The application process is from June 1 through the end of February.
What do I have to do to apply for World Changers?
Office Manager, Music Leader and Audio Visual Tech applicants must apply by December 1st.
How do I interview for summer staff?
All applications receive an initial screening by the World Changers staff. The applicants who pass the initial screening will be contacted by December 31 to schedule an online interview. Music Leader applicants are required to submit a video. All online interviews are completed mid-January.
Do I get paid?
Yes. The rate ranges depending on the position you’re hired for.
How long will I be employed?
Employment ranges 7-9 weeks, including a week of mandatory training.
How old do I have to be?
You must be 18 and have one year removed from high school graduation by the time your projects start to qualify.
Do I get to choose where I go?
No. We take prayerful consideration to place the right people on the right team.
What experience should I have?
We look for staff with experience in the specific positions they are applying for. More information about that can be found on the “Positions” page.
Will I be trained?
Yes, we spend 7-9 days training at the start of the summer.
How do I get to training?
We will assist in arranging and paying for your travel to training and travel home at the end of your employment. World Changers will choose the most economical option.
