Today was our last Check-In day of the summer! All of our groups arrived safely, and we are so excited to see how God is going to work through them this week. Tonight our groups went on the city experience and rode the rapid around Cleveland while praying for the brokenness that surrounds it. Our theme this week is Live, Love, and Speak BOLDLY. Our prayer for our groups this week is that God … [Read more...]

Too Excited to be Sad
As the last day is wrapping up it is going to be so sad to see everyone leave in the morning yet so exciting to see what will come of the seeds planted! At the end of the week, we had crews on 18 different construction sites, 1359 Gospel shares, and 13 people to accept Christ. We just wanna say a huge thank you to all the participants and adult leaders for their hard work this week, with out them … [Read more...]
It’s Not Goodbye It’s See You Later
Yesterday was our last workday! It’s crazy how fast this week has flown by! It’s been amazing to witness the way these students have displayed God’s love in Franklin. I know that the memories and friendships made this week will last long after this summer. We are sad to see our participants go, but we are excited to see how they continue to live, love, and speak BOLDLY back home! A big thank … [Read more...]

What a week!
The work week is finally over, and what a week it was! The ramps are built, houses painted, fences up, hearts made happy, friendship formed, and praise has been given to God! This week was indeed a success. Our beach worship was a great highlight to the week, being able to worship the creator in his creation. Concert of prayer was an amazing time of worship as well. Thursday night, students came … [Read more...]
You Have Become Dear to Us
We are officially wrapping up our time here in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and we certainly have mixed emotions about it. We have had a wonderful week with all of the students, group leaders, and volunteers this week and we are going to miss them so much. We hope to see and hear about how God continues to extend their ministry as they go their separate ways and invest in the people from their own … [Read more...]
The End is Not the End!
This morning, we said our farewells as all our churches headed their separate ways for home. It's a bittersweet feeling to part after such a wonderful experience as P2. But we can be encouraged with the knowledge that our work here does not end this week. The results of things such as block parties and backyard bible clubs are often not seen immediately. This week, a foundation was laid. This … [Read more...]
Farewell For Now!
As we wrap up our fourth project this summer here in Indiana, we are overwhelmed with gratitude from every student. It felt like each one came up to a staffer and thanked them personally for their hard work this week and dedication to this organization. We are humbled by their kindness and patience, even when things don't according to plan, this evening being a perfect example. The staff had sound … [Read more...]
Closing Celebration!
Today was our last day of the project. The students amazingly stepped up and served the city of Bonne Terre. They finished every project, the painting, decks and making some replacements in the houses. This way they had the chance of sharing the gospel not only with the homeowners but also the neighbors. In the concert of prayer, the offering was collected, and we met our goal with $738.81 that … [Read more...]
